Help me grow moi hair! ^.^?

ok... so i tease my heair. and like it has fallen out.. alot of it.. and i have to tease it to actually make it look like im not balding! (so embaring) im vegan too so i cant get alot of protein. can someone anyone please tell me how i can grow out my hair!!!!! i will give you more details.. just ask^.^
