What can I do to make people come to my country?

In cl, we are making our own countries and six of us are running for president, trying to get people to come to our Utopian world. I have some "fun" ideas, but we also must have some serious ideas. So here's my question--What are some serious and maybe a few "imaginative" things that would draw you to my country? Thanks in advance!
