New corn snake question?

is it okay to have a corn snakes low temp be at 78-82 and a high temp. of 82-86 on the other side of the tank((i use a zoo med heat pad))? its about 11-14 inches and i feed it one pinkie today how long do i have to wait to feed it another one? any extra info. will be greatly appreciated.
