On house arrest...?

Well ive been on house arrest for maybe 6 months or so (coming off soon) and I box durning the extra time i have durning the day. for the past 4 or 5 months or so though ive been having pain in the back of my heel sometimes my whole foot tingles as well. Could the braclet be applying too much pressure? It feels nice and loose can slide it up almost to my calf muscle. Im worried my achilles tendon is gonna pop or something any idea?
