In soccer, if the goalie hits the forward coming in and recieves a yellow does it result in a PK?

Depends, if the foul was made inside the place where the goalie is allowed to grab the ball with his hands (penalty area) then it will be a penalty regardless of whether or not the goalie received a yellow card. If it is outside the place where the goalie is allowed to grab the ball then it will only be a free kick. there's also those rare occasions where there are free kicks inside the penalty area, but that's more when a technical foul occurs or so.
