How do i get an elite sprinters physique? (ex. Tyson Gay, Asafa Powell, Michael Jhonson, Usain Bolt etc.)?
okay so i do lift alot..but at the same time i want to have a sprinters physique which is basically not to big and not to small...sprinters tend to have a very lean and cut body whereas i have a regular musular type(sprinters are muscular too but only to an extent) are there any workouts that will help me achive this? if so let me know please...oh yeah and i also know that one of the answers that i will probably get is "run alot" thats good but at the same time i am not trying to lose my strength (at this point i am trying to up my bench, squat and hangclean) running too much will only affect my leg strength and i dont want that....how many sit ups or crunches should i do?
