At what age should i have my gsd hip scored.she is nearly 7 months old .she is a pedigree and kc reg?

A trained observer may be able to tell you if there are problems as young as four months. Vets will x-ray for hip displaysia at approximately 9 months. If it's severe they will be able to tell you if there is a problem. OFA will only recognize and post results permanently after 2 years of age. Although they will do a preliminary before 2 years of age. If you feel there is a problem please see your vet.
