Can my Uninsured/Underinsured motorist coverage cover pengers in my car if I'm found at fault?

I crashed and totalled my car a few months ago at my fault. There were two other pengers in my car and with no other cars involved. One of the penger's medical expenses, pain and suffering, loss of wages, etc., exceeds my liability limits and they have no insurance of their own. Can they access my underinsured/uninsured motorist coverage if it exceeds my liability?
