Has anyone tried or heard of electronic cigarettes? ?

I saw on ebay electronic cigs that actually smoke from water vapor and has none of the bad stuff as a regular cig. Ive tried everything to quit and was wondering if these are really safe and wanted peoples opinions on them. Thank you :) You can see them at ebay (electronic cigarettes)
