tough one...where did u get that sum from... where exactly we iuncur that cost... in the lives lost... the loss of cars included in the accident the properties effected... the loss of company or earnings taht were to be contributed by the person who was killed or was arrested...? unless u know wat that 51 billion figure came from... wat costs u may not be able to bringa specific example...
