In Inception, why was Cobb not as old as Saito if they were technically in the same limbo?

The only thing I noticed is that they both looked almost blind but Saito clearly aged much more than Cobb. Do you think it has anything to do with Saito "dying" before Cobb and the fact that Cobb was in another level of dreaming before reaching limbo?
