Is There Anyplace That Gives Free Condoms?

I need condoms but i don't want to buy them and there is no clinics so i'm looking for a website that will send me them for free with no charge of shipping and my parents wont find out what it is when they get here through mail. Has anyone ordered them and wasn't charged of anything??
