What is a site that rates book and shares them?

i was with a book swap/talk yesterday, and a librarian was showing me this one site that was really awesome. It had a large amounts of books from various publishing firms and genres, and you could rate the ones you read and ones you wanted to read. if this sounds familiar, please give me the link.
