What makes "India" - a powerful nation?

Consider this - More than half of the US companies are run by Indian minds..even Bill Gates has a personal team of high level thinkers who are mostly Indians. And here we are..the Americans including me has the audacity to call the Indians as the tech support and cheap labor and other stuff. Their brain if drained from our country..we would topple like a deck of cards.
